CAMDENBOSS - CTB5202/2 - TERMINALBLOCK, PCB, 2WAY, 5MM (or similar)
CAMDENBOSS - CTB5202/3 - TERMINALBLOCK, PCB, 3WAY, 5MM (or similar)
Similar PANASONIC - EEUFR1C472 - CAP, ALU ELEC, 5600UF/4700UF, 16V or single capacitor of similar to MULTICOMP - MCLPR16V109M22X25 - CAPACITOR, 10000UF, 16V

PLEASE BE AWARE.

The symbols, well spotted Simon, are the wrong way up on the two by pass cap locations, the negative pins are the lower ones and the positive the upper ones, you can see my mistake on the above schemtic - assuming you're reading the screen print writing the correct way up put the caps in so that the negative pin is the lower pin towards the bottom edge.

The PCB is fine, of course, its just the labeling.

Attached is a trace of the circuit including component numbering. Not all the traces are included, the bridge bypass caps for instance, and I haven't included the ground connections as it would make it complicated.

Useful if you want to go off piste from Andrew's circuit.
