I was doing so well this week but last night we had an arrangement to eat out with some friends and I have to confess... Not looking forward to getting on the scales this morning.

That said, if you ever see it on a menu I recommend trying Zebra steak.

Last weekend - 16st 9lbs

This week - 16st 0lbs

Total loss 9lbs
This is probably 7lbs of water and 2lbs of fat.
It won't be repeated next time; I'm hoping for 2lbs a week for the next few months. I'm pleased.
I'm looking for another 3 stones then stabilise at 13st.

My score on the door...

Start weight: 17st

Last Sat: 16st 7lb

Today: 16st 3lb

Total loss = 11lb

A bit compromised as I had to cut down on my exercise regime because of a painful ankle but still using the bike to get to work every day.

Cheers Steve.

Breaking into the 15s is going to be a real boost; it'll definitely be this week.

I've taken the initial easy wins and the losses are taking more work now but still good progress and I achieved my target for the week by getting into the 15s.

Start weight: 17st

Last Sat: 16st 3lbs

Today: 15st 13lbs

Total loss: 1st 1lb
