47K swapped for 1 Meg Gerry, the SUT's are running into a 'Lite Audio' (Chinese eBay all-Valve Phono stage) which has switchable loading for various i/p's.

Fresh ears this morning, still very impressed.

Dave

When I was using the 103 I too found that 330R was the best with 1Meg on the secondary. With the 103R I've settled for 100R.

I do think the CineMags are excellent step-ups and cracking valve for money.

Agreed Gerry, I've been using mine for the last 14 months or so. 330R still does it to my ears with a 103.
