Selling this in good but used condition. There is a crease on the back cover but the spine is not broken etc.

Yes thank you. When I was at Vry’s flat with 212 amp he told us was writing this book, and that he would use me as an example. But he probably didn’t as no one has mentioned it. But as I think I might be a hoarder I’m satisfied to have it.

This is the 1st ed. - there is a 2nd which is heavily revised. I can check?
