#1 Big Hello to all, and Big Apology to Nick !

Post by PeteC »

Hello All,

looking at all the great stuff on Nick's forum I was compelled to Register -
but first I have to extend a public apology to Nick....

Nick very kindly loaned me 2 10K OTs almost 3 years ago, which have been very carefully looked after since my AJF TXs arrived 4 months later - but not yet returned to Nick - despite me trying to get across to Halifax on a few occasions. I feel very bad about this !

I think I owe Nick at least a bottle of whatever his favourite spirit is, and a date to get the TXs back to him !!!

I was posting and asking for advice on WAD a few years ago when I built the C3g/PT14SE James D amp - and received so much great assistance I was bowled over. I am still using the amp in breadboard, and would like to learn as much about it and develop it as far as I can.

So, here I am , and please all nag me to get Nick's TXs back to him !

Regards
Pete

Hi Pete ! Welcome to the forum.

I take it you mean PT15 ?

I still have my version of that amp so will be interested to see how your modifications progress !

Were you "Pedro" on the WD forum ?

No problem, Rum is always good, but no worries.

A 2010 meeting would be good.
