Cartridge physical dimensions

Does anyone know where I can find the specifications for EIA standard 1/2" mount cartridges. I mean the physical spec that cartridges have to adhere to.

I think what I want is EIA-461 or TIA-461 or CEA-461. But I can't find a copy of it.

why not contact a company such as rega, surely someone there would be able to find out as they make carts and arms

Is there anything on 'the vinyl engine'? I found the people over there very knowlegeable and helpful.
