Farting aircraft hanger.
Jean is on her way home from Bradford, and she found out (AA web site) that the M11 is closed both ways near Duxford.
Here is why----
"The M11 is closed in both directions over safety concerns. The motorway is closed near Duxford - due to fears, an aircraft hangar at Duxford Airfield is about to blow off. The road has been shut between junction 9 and 10 northbound and junction 11 and 9 southbound."
I think they mean the hanger roof.

Went through a bad blizzard driving to work this morning. Glad I still have the snow tyres on.

I worked in Ford Woolich Plant with Bill Dudley in the 80’s when he was about 50. He had at some time before I knew been Charlton Athletic’s Goaly.Dave the bass wrote: ↑Tue Feb 11, 2020 8:53 am ^^^ Pfffffft that's nothing.

Ah , that's a shame. We got off lightly round here I think - perhaps not if you were in Aberdaron though.

Maybe both, they are not mutually exclusive.

I can see one, so where's the other one then if it's a pair tree?

Ciara has a sense of humour.
Yesterday we welcomed new grand-daughter Annie into the world. We’d been staying with son and d-in-law in Somerset in order to look after grandson George while the event took place, but the day before it seemed that it was going to be a few days yet so we decided to come home.
At 8:00am yesterday it became apparent that things were happening. 08:15 they departed to the hospital, 08:55 they arrived. 09:07, hello Annie....
We stayed for the day and took George to meet his sister, then set off home down the A303 when George’s other Grandma arrived to take over, leaving about 9pm. Just before Honiton the road was closed, with a diversion down a minor road. A mile further, hit a sodding great pothole and burst the front n/s tyre.
Honda these days don’t give you a spare wheel. You do get a dinky little 12v compressor and a bottle of sticky goo, but what you’re supposed to do with them with a two inch split in a sidewall isn’t covered in the driver’s handbook.
Never mind; a quick call to a very nice lady at LV sends a breakdown truck, so we spend a quite pleasant wait at the roadside listening to radio 4, and admiring the view in what was then a clear bright night, and not particularly cold.
An hour later our knight in shining overalls arrives, and immediately a gale-force hail storm begins. This carries on without pause for the whole of the 15 minutes that it takes the poor bloke to load the car onto his flat-bed, then immediately stops.
We than have an unexpectedly pleasant drive back in the cab, once again enjoying the views until we get home around midnight. Immediately again the heavens open. Wind, slush, hail and bloody freezing! Finally the car is unloaded, and all the luggage carried up to the house, the moon comes out And the wind drops.
This morning another knight of the road arrives to take Me and car to get new tyres. Again, as soon as he turns up, instant blizzard. Finally, 12 hours after leaving, I’m back on the road and £200 lighter.

The world looks so different after learning science. For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in their flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the Sun which was bound in to convert air into tree.
