Me too. Breakfast around 11:30am. Had a hard ( near-death ) walk on the mountains south of Bala yesterday. Failed to reach the summit ( 400m away ), staggered back to the car at approx 7pm.
I'm thinking of starting an 'Exercise Fail' thread.

Ouch! I broke a couple of toes playing football years ago so I know the hurt - and how it makes you very sensitive of people in your 'personal space'.

It was on both accounts :) The pub that owns it was doing a charriddeeee fund raiser, £1 for a go on their mini Penny Farthing.

I did do a nice 15 miler on Scobswell yesterday though, a bit of Phhhhhffffffixye off-roading in the boiling heat, lovely ride though...
