This just popped up in a Facebook group I follow:
The world looks so different after learning science. For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in their flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the Sun which was bound in to convert air into tree.

.. and Robert Wyatt and Jake Liebezeit hopefully ?
Was this a new programme, Ed ?
Don't tell me that was on last night and I missed it, because I spend most of the evening channel surfing looking for something worth watching

Yes, good, I've got that working on the TV now - so this evening is sorted. Still have no idea how I missed that. Thanks for the tip-off Ed.

Isn't that bad for the finish?
Getting drool all over it
I think the guitar in the piccy is his backup one, which was a gift from one of his fans.
At the time of the piccy it was fitted with the then new TP6 tailpiece, like wot Gibson stuck on the Lucille model.

I do like a bit of Larry Carlton.
In part it has to do with his involvement with Steely Dan.
He got the Steely Dan gig because of his work with Joan Baez - apparently Walter Becker (of The Dan) was NOT a fan of Joan Baez, but he disliked her album "Diamonds & Rust" a lot less her other work, and he did like Larry's playing on that album, as it made the record more tolerable.
This is one that was intended for release in Japan only.
It was eventually released worldwide on vinyl, but the CD remains a Japanese affair.
I bought my CD copy on Discogs about a year ago for around £20.00 second hand, without all the collector's fetish OBI strips and what not.
