It depends on the humour to noise ratio, which we could measure in the DeciCoopers being a tenth of a Tommy Cooper.Dave the bass wrote: ↑Mon Sep 18, 2017 8:34 am 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000002V (ish).

With that number of zeroes, you're in yocto- or atto-tomic territory,Nick wrote: ↑Mon Sep 18, 2017 11:16 amIt depends on the humour to noise ratio, which we could measure in the DeciCoopers being a tenth of a Tommy Cooper.Dave the bass wrote: ↑Mon Sep 18, 2017 8:34 am 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000002V (ish).

One yoctoCooper...
Don't suppose he thought it was very funny either.

The world looks so different after learning science. For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in their flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the Sun which was bound in to convert air into tree.

No, I meant the bloke with the aquatic mini. I liked atto-tomic.jack wrote: ↑Mon Sep 18, 2017 1:51 pmI though "atto-tomic" was quite goodshane wrote: ↑Mon Sep 18, 2017 1:37 pm One yoctoCooper...

S'all humour, no noise. "DeciCooper" as a unit, like it. I reckon 1 Cooper = 0.1Milligan.
Sub-Yocto, aka pretty small then innits.
For a place that lists a post box as a notable resident on its wiki page I reckon we could detect a level of 12 Tera-Dulls with the correct instrumentation.
Its all about the Maths today!

Just shows the importance of correct punctuation. With a capital M, that's 100 milliMilligans. Without the capital it's 100 microgans.

I'm not surprised. A dose of humour in excess of a kiloMilligan would probably be fatal.

Well, if we are going to use the Milligan as a absolute value and the deciCooper as a logarithmic relative value with the crossover point of O dC = 0.1 Milligans per hour, (which would be 0 dCm I guess) we could use the same approach to conductivity and measure dullness in units of Nagillim'sFor a place that lists a post box as a notable resident on its wiki page I reckon we could detect a level of 12 Tera-Dulls with the correct instrumentation.
Of course all at STP and with Spherical Cows.

are you saying 1 Milligan = 1/Nagillim
or
1 Nagillim = 1 Milligan^-1
can I do a superscript here, I was thinking of a ^-1 as a superscript in maths font
no but really I was thinking of Cheech and Chong
