Thanks guys.

No real ill-affects this morning, just a little numbness on my hands from riding on the brake hoods. I'll be cycling into work shortly.

A postscript to the 118 mile charity ride; I did three more good rides last week reaching an overall distance of 202 miles (excluding my 7mile daily commute round trips). Average speed for the 200 was 14.5mph and total climbing was 12,916 ft.

Finally, yours truly on the road...

Ever the consumate pro, notice how I even made sure the white transfers on my wheel rims are aligned!

Those are great stats - incredible effort!

I only managed a measly 60.6km on Saturday.

I managed 15 miles on my e-bike! Well chuffed....followed by 3 pints of foaming ale

But I now have a battery charging issue so won't be going anywhere until fixed :(
