Happy Christmas everyone, and may your next year be full of love and music.

Happy Christmas everyone. Relaxing in Escrick ( York ) with sunshine and the smells of Turkey lunch on the way.

Just had a first listen to my Christmas pressie, 600ohm BeyerDynamic DT880 headphones - very good initial impressions, though they're working the Legato output stage on my Buffalo 3SE DAC hard so I think I'll have to get my Transcendent Masterpiece headphone amp build finished.

I got a new exhaust system for the Bullet and a history book about the company, the 'Crows Milk' DVD about the Beefheart/Magic Band reunion and documentary and an 'Intelligent' battery charger.

Not a bad stash I'd say.

I have been very good all year.

No hifi related pressies this year, but amongst the chocolates and socks, ever loving daughter bought me Adrian Newey’s autobiography which I’m enjoying rather a lot.

13th-floor elevators 'Easter Everywhere' 2-CD set ( mono/ stereo mixes ) ..
and a nice Winmau dartboard !
I'd say that rates a good "hundred and fort-eee "
