#1 i pad problem

Post by pre65 »

Jeans Mum has a new i pad (32wf model) and she has lost the sound. :(

The sound in settings is full on, and the mute seems to be off.

Any ideas ?

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and a grey coloured control bar will follow your finger then stop around a couple of inches up from the bottom.
Look on the left hand side and you will see a volume slider.
Check if that is turned up full.

Does it think there's something plugged into the headphone socket?
Bit of metal might've got in.
