Top work Ray - you're showing us all how it's done!

Nah, you all know how it's done!
TBH, my efforts are a bit selfish; with Judy being unwell I've had to cut back on hands-on hobby stuff and having to do more 'quiet' stuff on the workstation so my rides are a little slice of 'me' time away from the house.

Sorry, I couldn't resist!

Good effort Ray.
I've been out for a walk again today - finally in good conditions.
It was a familiar tromp along the Moel Arthur to Moel Famau ridge. Felt slow at the start and not going very well, but perked up after I fell over slightly after 35mins - the adrenaline must have kicked-in.
1 hour 42 min at 137 average for those who are interested in the stats.

Looks good Mark, and enough low sun for some shadows - first picture is looking North and the second is a reciprocal shot.IslandPink wrote: ↑Sun Dec 29, 2019 5:23 pm I've been out for a walk again today - finally in good conditions.
Would it help your walking/energy if you installed a trip hazard outside your front door?
Sorry, I couldn't resist!

Strava December Cliimbing Challenge completed - more than 7,500metres (about 25,000ft) of elevation gain so far this month.

Cripes ! - Well done Ray
Them's not Mountings, boy - if so they'd be called 'Mynydd'. They are just Moel-hillsDave the bass wrote: ↑Sun Dec 29, 2019 7:23 pm Blimey! Its all Mountings (sic) round Mark's locale. Deffo need a skip-find Mounting Bike for that terrain IMO

Mr. Bass, can I suggest, for your education and delectation, that you watch the movie behind this article;IslandPink wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2019 1:25 pmThem's not Mountings, boy - if so they'd be called 'Mynydd'. The differentiation between hills and mountains clearly matters in Wales as evidenced by this more recent news item;

Weather continues nice, so I hauled my slightly stiff body ( after yesterday's tumble ) out on the bike.
Standard route down the valley avoiding any serious gradients - just a few Dartford mountings ( sic ) along the way.
1 Hour 15 mins approx. Pulse 143, not really getting fit yet despite the numerous outings.
Pleasant anyway , here is a random pic at the end just before I got back into Denbigh -

More Moel-hills this afternoon, an hour & 15mins was about right after a skinfull last night - but the foot is recovering well after Sunday's tumble.

Looks like a nice New Year walk Mark. Somerset was shrouded in a heavy 'mizzle' when I headed out on the bike earlier (30miles & >2000ft of elevation gain).
Sorry, I couldn't resist!
