You'd like them Dave - they're vegetarian.
I do.

I like their jumpers and trousers too, I wonder where they get them made? They look very well fitted.

They grow into them, just like you do with your own well-fitted garments...

Ha! You got me there good 'n proper :) I must have a word with my tailor, over Christmas my 'outfits' have shrunk.

This in no way is connected with 72 pints of fine Ale having locally-evaporated.... noms!

I love Winter !
Another walk today, light was fab. I also tried out a new path, had seen it on the map but never tried it. The photos are from a path I had used before, though. The start iof this walk was terribly muddy, but it got a lot better higher up. 1 hour 22 mins @ 128, although that included some photo/eating time.
Let's see if I can get some photo-hosting to work ..

You missed them in the background of shot #3.
You are a whippet, Dave, I think I'm still a stone heavier :confused3:

Good ride Ray!

Another gentle outing for me - 64.5 km/40 miles - a bit further this time with some respectable hills. Elapsed time was longer as one person broke a chain and another had a puncture. Average temperature of 4C and minimum of 2C.

Very scenic and a lovely lovely day.

Are you talking about me ? :)
I put in another session on the Moel Arthur to Moel Famau ridge this afternoon. Weather was a bit grey so I didn't take the camera. My foot continues to improve, just the odd twinge on the return leg ( in my foot, not my leg ) , but no trouble by the end, for some odd reason.
I was aiming for about 1 hour 50, but in the end did 1hr59:20 , pulse 135 avg.
The walk included carrying a 5kg slab of stone about 1/2 mile to create a stepping-stone in one of the more troublesome puddles. I had selected this stone and carried it up a short way on the last trip along the ridge. I left it somewhere obvious so I could grab it today.
I might try adding another one or two in the coming weeks.

Nah, I wouldn't be so rude about you Mark.

Good walk though and very public sprited of you with the stepping stone.
