Ah no, quite the opposite. You need only to inflate to 70 or so psi, they seal to the rim like a car tyre give a very comfortable ride and are self sealing if punctured!

How does that work with the spoke holes in the rim?
The world looks so different after learning science. For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in their flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the Sun which was bound in to convert air into tree.
