Ta Mr P!

I've been browsing through some of the other tee shirts designs available, I think I've found one for our-Grandad... :)

With the shorter days and bad weather I've returned to the gym for some of my calorie burn. Two sessions on the spin bikes this week, plus some rowing-machine time. It's pretty boring on a spin bike but at least I can use my headphones and enjoy some music. Here's one of my 'rides';

Distance: 10.0 mi
Moving Time: 00:26:33
Calories: 341
Avg. Watts: 224
Max Speed: 31.9 mph
Avg. Speed: 22.7 mph
Moving Pace: 00:02:38
Max Cadence: 105 rpm
Avg. Cadence: 99 rpm
Max Heartrate: 163 bpm
Min Heartrate: 72 bpm
Avg. Heartrate: 133 bpm

If I could turn that it into a genuine 10mile road time trial time I would be pretty chuffed.

Anyway, it's dry here at the moment so I'm hopeful of getting in a few miles on the road when it gets light.
Sorry, I couldn't resist!

I think you'd be a qualifier for Team GB or summat equally sportin' if you could translate that to a proper road ride Ray! Nice work BTW.

I've only done a few local rides recently, the Royal Enfield restoration project is enjoyably take up a lot of free/cycle time at the mo.

No. :)

Maybe the only active member.

Crikey, I went out only 3 weeks ago - that's good for me at this time of year !
Daylight is in short supply. Just been at my mum's again, managed to get back in time to do an hour's walk before the light faded. It was really scenic though, took about 6 pics on the Leica.

Nah.You're the skinny fella out front pushing all the wind out the way for the portly ATCC Peloton coming up slowly about 3 days behind you!

I shall put in a request that Ray wears a bulky jacket and sticks his knees out like a Derny rider, if he's going to act as ATCC pacer.

That's why I get out of bed early and head out as soon as its light enough!

The downside is that you generally suffer the coldest part of the day so keeping ones digits from hurting can be a problem, like yesterday when there was a hard frost!

So when are you lot up for an ATCC cycle meet so I can do the pacing for you?
