Not a bad afternoon down here, quite a bit of sun but still very windy. The clocks changing last weekend means there's now enough light in the evenings to do a full days work and then a blast on the bike, which is what I've just done;

Starts in: Taunton Deane, England, GB
Distance: 20.5 mi
Elevation: + 892 / - 883 ft
Max Grade: 7.8 %
VAM: 447 Vm/h
Moving Time: 01:07:25
Calories: 786
Avg. Watts: 195
Max Speed: 28.5 mph
Avg. Speed: 18.2 mph
Moving Pace: 00:03:17
Max Heartrate: 137 bpm
Min Heartrate: 69 bpm
Avg. Heartrate: 120.4 bpm
Sorry, I couldn't resist!

"I just push the buttons in the right order guv!"

On the image hosting site page with your piccie on, click 'embed codes', its opens up a little preview screen, see where it says... 'Full Image (linked)' ....copy the text where it says 'BBCode'. Then past that lot here in the Audio-talk 'post a reply' page

And then, ate vwarlar (as the Germans say)... a beautiful picture of a Whalez road block.

I know, it's like a couple of my standard routes. Was the wind a bit cold ? Still frigid here but it's better than rain. I'd better check the forecast, might go out tomorrow.

Much less windy down here today, much more pleasant cycling conditions :)

Squeezed in 22miles & 16.5mph average after work this evening - thats 20+ miles for nine consecutive days now - feeling strong!
