As of march 1st:
o No bread, pasta
o No cake, biscuits etc.
o I don't have extra sugar in anything, so that's ok...
...and a lot more exercise... Want to get up to 200km/week cycling by end of march... Big ride is in early June (Vatternrunden).
Booked another marathon later in the year, and will do a couple of half marathons too... (All very slowly...). Oh, and a sprint triathlon...

I've lost a couple of kilos so my BMI has improved.
It was (my BMI) right at the top end, so any improvement is good.

I've just found one explanation for why I'm overweight and tired all the time.
I had my testosterone level tested ( Medichecks, £29 ).
I have about half the level I should have - it's around the typical mean for a 90 year-old !
