An air frier is also very good for chips, uses very little oil, better than oven chips.

I had a look. Hmmmmm, I haven't used any fat to fry bacon or sausage in many years anyway.
The only method in this is to start slowly, allowing the meat to leach out it's own fat. I'll even collect excess fat from the pan as things are cooking. I'm not sure though that this makes bangers and bacon healthy.
There's always the option to grill too?

The forecast was for hail at 12.00 today, but looking out of the window it looks more like sleet.

However!
Had to fix a strip on the edge of the conservatory roof, wind was trying to take it off! Got four screws through it now.
Seems quieter in there now, must have been loose for a while.
