This video is very reassuring, explains most of what I'm experiencing -

Well-dredged Sir!

Love that time lapse video too. Bits of it are like watching a moving version of Tangerine Dream's Stratosfear album cover.

They almost certainly mean "Terroir" - basically, the soil, environmental & farming conditions within which the vines grow, i.e. everything that may affect the final product...

My daughter's school had an inset day yesterday, so her and her friend plotted to have her friend stop over on tuesday night as they weren't at school the following day.
Her friend sian asked her today why we didn't watch telly, and why were there so many record players all over the house, and why the speakers were so big.......

I had to explain what a record was, and how it worked. She asked why did I not just use my phone for music..........
She was aghast at the fact that we don't watch telly :D
She was surprisingly interested in the turntable, stood watching it while it was playing, and was rather impressed at its robot arm auto lift at the end of the side, and completely baffled by the fact that you have to turn it over half way through :D

There's a lot of education to be done in the modern world !

In a sudden deviation from the subject, is anyone on here gluten intolerant or celiac ?
I'm waiting to get a blood test on that but becoming more convinced I've got it.

I know I tend to bang on about this but it really does help to improve understanding of these things.

The world looks so different after learning science. For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in their flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the Sun which was bound in to convert air into tree.
