And from me too. (Only just seen this.)

Looking for help with identifying the fusing temperature of a thermal fuse in a bathroom fan motor.
Not had any joy Googling. It has a letter M which I think is manufacturer and then N127 084
Failing identification, does anyone know what temperature fuse is generally used.

Looks like 084 is Tf = Functioning open temperature so I'll go with that.Michael L wrote: ↑Wed Oct 24, 2018 12:05 pm Looking for help with identifying the fusing temperature of a thermal fuse in a bathroom fan motor.

Mine:
Keep forgetting the likelihood of import duty when buying from the US, had to pay £13.15 before can get the actual box delivered. Ordered two NOS 12SN7 from US, 22 quid, yeah very reasonable, but add "shipping" and the above, £48.--. Better be worth it!

What I like so much about ordering from the EU is that you know exactly how much you will pay. Looks like that will end soon and it'll be the same everywhere. MadnessMike H wrote: ↑Wed Oct 24, 2018 12:38 pm Mine:

I think 6SN7 would have cost a lot more.

Could well be.
Didn't seem to be any 12SN7 in UK or Europe (at least according to eBay) hence US. Is country of origin after all. The seller has a load of these, over a hundred I think. (At time of writing.)
Long since lost touch with my "usual" valve vendors so couldn't easily ask them.

I'm sorry I'm going mad - no he hasn't, I'm thinking of Mazda PCL86.
No there was only ever those two 12SN7 in that lot.

OK,
A good bit of work done today. Now you see the stairs:
Now you don't
A few more drywall screws to go in yet, but that's enough for one day.
Jeez, that 12mm fireboard is heavy when you're 60.

Well done so far.
It would be even heavier if you were 68.

No, it was "Money for Nothing"
I'll tell you what Phil: let's just say, I think I got around to doing it just in time, and leave it at that.

Well I am impressed, cutting that up with a video picture of a jigsaw.
