I found him inspirational in his approach to audio. He changed my direction for the better.

He was definitely influential. I love the bold designs with 212's, 845's and 300B's thrown in everywhere - even in phono amps !
All lovely original valves too - bought when they were cheap.
I have a friend at work who's going to Japan in January for a holiday - I was urging him to see if he could visit Sakuma's café, but it's too late !
