IIRC we had some really good sounds from a pair of 833s a few Owstons ago, and they really came on song when we got the anodes glowing red.

I thought that was GM70's with the 1800V supply ?
..or was a similar thing done with 833's ( I may have missed that one ) .

The GM70 one was Eggborough, pre 2006.
