Hi Mike
Is your VT1137 dual 5V heater transformer a split-bobbin type?
Cheers

Or would you recommend a pair of the VT1465 instead?
Is that one split-bobbin?

Yes it is split bobbin. Not used one for ages to be honest, not sure how good you can get the hum nulling, hence 1465. Not had a chance to try that either, you could be the first! :D

OK, thanks Mike. This is for a future project so might be a while before I order anything.

At worst, should be better if only theoretically to any other 2 x 5V transformer. Want to try these with 6C4C but haven't got around to it, other stuff keeps getting in the way.
