Yep, it's a typo. Or should that be drawo?

Using a 470nF cap, on the phono side I get 5mV "AC". Also tried a different 0C3 but it's just the same.

Ok, 5mv isn't bad, you may find the next step to get that lower is to reference the heater supply somewhere between the pentode cathode and the 6080 cathode.
Resistance isn't futile it's V / I.
