That would be a skilled task. :)

One top baffle now has a 6" hole in it, just having a cuppa before starting the other one.

Perhaps I will disprove "Bass's law" about 4" (100mm) drivers ? :lol:

just lay 12 sheets of 1.5mm veneer in here, with glue on each sheet and hey presto...and cramp down tight for 24 hours....it's quite effective:
