I think the advice from the dealer was they were getting either 10 or 12 from Fostex . e.t.a. October, so it probably fits in with what you're saying. This is a huge shame - they are some of the best midrange drivers available and one of the best units Fostex have ever made.

No reply to 2 emails now to the French dealer.
I am getting pretty pissed-off, I shall have to get on the blower at some stage I suppose.

Bad news, that's very frustrating. There was a pair for sale on DIYA t'other day - they were in Switzerland I think. Might be worth a look?

Aaarg ! - Torture.
I must find out what's going on then.
I would however encourage anyone to buy those, get 'em while you can, and make the 30L boxes James suggested - and be amazed.

Very good. Now I don't have to buy them this evening !
James D is your man on this - some good tech justification in his thread.
You could probably compromise a little at 22 or 25L and get a good result I suppose, if space is a problem.

Hi Mark

if you're still after the fx120 then Wofgang at spectrum is still showing them in his list at Eu179 each.

Have you got a link on that Ed ?
I must get on the phone to the French dealer first and find out what's going on, of course.

Phoned TLHP today and they have no supply date from Fostex, so they are cancelling the order with refund.
Now have to find out who actually has any of these. My suspicion is that many people are advertising them, but may not have stock. We shall see. very tedious, after all the time & work it's taken me to get to this point.

Yes, I started on EBay but TLHP were offering a substantially lower price and had supplied my friend at work with a pair only a few weeks previously.
I have reluctantly gone to EBay ( german seller) now, bought at £318/pr + postage , after having checked they really did have a pair in stock, will check out one or two other sellers tomorrow.

Just ordered a second pair also from German via EBay. This cost me a painful £349 thanks to the poor exchange rate we now have.
