Anyone know there diodes looking for same or replacements for the following types

SV-4A
SIBO1-01
1S2473
Colin

Yep found one the 1S2473 seems I can replace with 1N4148

Looking at http://www.sanken-ele.co.jp/en/prod/sem ... v-4sse.pdf

I think you could get away with three in4148 in series for the SV-4a part, so thats four in series for each transistor bias.

SIB01-01 = 1n4002

I only managed to fig out the 1S2473 for a 1N4148 I haven't see those numbers before

That SV4A is a wierd triple-series diode gadget, not seen owt like that before. I guess merely for tight thermal coupling :?:
