not sure I understand.......how could I dissipate 200w with something designed for 5w.....if its all I could get wouldn't it set fire to the house?

The relevant line was
im looking for 2 about 12"x6" approx 0.25 c/w (40ish mm fins)
Think we are ok Phil, I don't think Ed is going to catch fire :-), Though 200W through the above will still be about 75C, so a bit toasty.
