Talking Timbuktu?

loved it......I did think the acoustic 'meet on the ledge' was a tad lacklustre though...maybe it was my frame of mind or that expectation thing....The Stratmangler wrote: ↑Sun Oct 29, 2017 12:04 amThanks for the heads up.
Tonight's show was one of the better ones

There's a documentary about him where he did this acoustic version of 'Meet on the Ledge' in the kitchen of his house ( I think ) and it was better than the one last night. Good to see him though. Saw him at Gawsworth Hall near Macclesfield 2 years ago, he was ace, played for about 2 hours.

Saw him at Gawsworth this year. He was brilliant in a wonderful setting. No - I'd get time, between beer, eating and watching Richard. I must try some time - it did look good from the outside.

House is stunning and still a living residence so had a different feel to usual stately homes.

Quintessence 'Quintessence'
Thanks Shaman.
Not every day you hear devotional music combined with long psychedelic guitar solos and flutes on echo loops

Ace band.
I had 'in blissful company' but sold it when I got rid of all my vinyl...bummer...all I've got now is a best of......saw them at the oval in one of those hippy summer does in 1971 or 1972..can't remember it but I'm sure it was fab.
there is one Raja Ram involved, him of Shpongle fame....I'm pretty sure dtb is a big fan as well.

Oh, you old fellas have got such cool stories - dammit !
Quick change of tack now :
"I was so impressed I bought the product"
As with most of Brand X it's the Percy Jones & Phil Collins tracks that tickle my fancy the most.
