Royal Consorts - Music for English Kings - Latitude 37.

I love Early Music and this fine collection of pavanes, galliards and songs by Byrd, Purcell and the usual "Anon" does nothing to change my opinion, but I can't stop images of Blackadder popping up all the time.
Lovely stuff nonetheless.

There's a special appeal to this music Steve. John Renbourn was a master at interpreting early music for the guitar.

John Osbourne did a version of this show at a local pub this evening. We went, it was good.

Me: obscure easy listening stuff, DJ Shadow, and Jakatta's Visions, which is really good I have to say.

Tony Blackburn recreating the opening show from Sep 30 1967.
I remember the opening show. At 9 years of age, I sneaked downstairs to listen to the new voice of Radio One.
Me and my mate Keith talked about Radio One all the following week at junior school.

Happy memories.
Fooking brilliant! 8) 8)

“Excerpt from a Teenage Opera”. I often wondered what happened to the rest of it.
The world looks so different after learning science. For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in their flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the Sun which was bound in to convert air into tree.
