For me it's still one of her best.
The stinging Telecaster solo by Jerry Donahue on Tall In The Saddle never fails to raise the hairs on my arms and down my spine.

Great album :)

Thanks for the tip
I've just started to look at buying in a few vinyl lp's from Joan A.
I see there is a live CD only recording at the Royal Albert Hall.
Should be one I go for as well.

Just played 'Like Rain' from Nils Lofgren's 'Back it up' live album, on a single borrowed FE167e speaker on the floor propped up against a nearby folded horn ( the speaker, not me ) .
The vocal on this really is beautiful.

Start around 1:45 for the track, although the preamble gives an idea of the mood of the record anyway.
