I have a copy - haven't played it for years but will try to this weekend :D
A local guy used to offer me charity-shop finds at knock-down prices - this was one. I think the sleeve is chewed on one corner by mice, but otherwise in good nick !

I had a similar experience with a local seller to me. I bought Lady Lake and In Spite Of Harry's Toenail for £5 each!
Lady Lake also has the insert.
