I've used this CCS in the WAD Phono II and also for LTP phase splitters, it works well. R1 is a stopper resistor, the current is adjusted using the resistor in the Source leg of the lower DN2540, voltage is approx 2v, select resistor for required current. Here is another diagram that (to me) better illustrates the way these two depletion mosfets are wired up.

As the adjustable resistor should be near the 60 ohm mark I will probably go for a 100R or 200R pot. I'll also use 1K as the stopper resistors as I have done on all my 10M45s single CCS.
