I haven't shaved all week.
That makes two of us :-)

As to veggy beer or not. It may have changed, but the finings normally used were certainly from a animal source (swim bladders of sturgeons if I remember).

Two more questions, oh learned ones .... A) is there are any truth to the suggestion that real ale is really packed full of vitamins? B) The difference between real ale and the rubbish that is served in most (southern) pubs is that real ale is calorie free. I NEED to know the TRUTH about this. I wo...

It's brilliant! not quite!...it doesn't do anything for us pour souls who are trapped in Humberside....we only have 1 ISP unless we want to go mobile Ahh, well, you need to take that up with your council. Having said that we use Kingston for fiber to the office, can't fault them technically.

predominately northern-brew's and appear 'flat' or lifeless if not served that way. Not entirely true, Yorkshire beer (as opposed to generic northern, as there is a huge difference) is brewed to maintain a higher level of dissolved CO2 in the cask, the action of the sparkler (and autovac) is to for...

Certainly looks like its the upstream being limited, but its odd thats its the same after changing supplier.

I can't look at the link you sent, thats a ip address local to your end. Unless the router is badly broken I can't look at the setup pages from this side.

Cool. I like the ExpressPCB software, I have yet to find anther package that I can find my way around to get a PCB out the other end. Shame as it would be cheaper if I could just get a gerber plot out.

Check the modem to see what speed its running at on the line. There are two things involved. The speed (up and down) that the ADSL hardware at both ends train to and then there is the amount of traffic that the link from the exchange onwards will provide. I would doubt that BT have done anything, I ...

Oh, and one recommendation, get a good modem to use with the line, and preferably a ADSL faceplate, and connect the modem directly to that. The BT office modem seems good, but I don't know what the consumer deal modem is like, so it may be worth considering a netgear or similar. I use a Cisco 857 ro...

Ok, sounds like you have it sorted. I use two ISP's at the moment, BT for myself and Kaye and VPN from home to work. Its the home office service, very good, no problems great support. But I found their unlimited deal gets throttled if you start to wander into the 50Gb a month range. The kids (3) hit...
