Yes often accused of being like a kid that hadn't grown up what with his theme park ranch and all the rest of it, but that's because of being pushed into being a show-biz kid and not allowed to be a proper normal kid.

We-ell, possibly two Schottkeys in series might give you 1V.

Two "normal" ones 1.2V. Germanium less.

A ni-cad batt, 1.2V.

That's a clever trick cos AFAIK a browser can only send back cookies for the one same domain address to which they apply. Also it sends every cookie for that domain every time a page is downloaded from that site. Only way I can think you could copy them to another site is if say PHP code saves them ...

I dunno I think the impedance of a diode is dependent on its current. I would have thought you could use 4 x normal silicons in series in place of a LED :?:
