I think you would be best asking that of HFW. I actually bought a copy of the mag this month (got it over with for the year), and there was a interesting editorial about how just because something is in print it may still be wrong. Maybe this is a bit ironic, or maybe this text is wrong, who knows :-)

It seems to be sending you email. Do you have a mail filter, or something that may be stopping it getting to you after the sending address changed? Depends. being 20v below the cathode is often as good as 20v above the cathode. Often cathodes are 20v or so above ground, so its already done.
