Yeah I don't use mine that much TBH ('scope), but there are occasions when you need one, you really need one!!

That is, usually, cos summat won't work proper and 'scope is usually the only real way to find out what it's doing. Or not :D

Mmm. Or, try the Rifa PEG124 series. Seem to do the biz as far as I can see IMHE. Cost more than ornary lecs tho. Which should indicate something.

That's what I found too! When using a sine generator and a dB meter. I was told doing it like that would be much better in an open space, e.g. outdoors on the garden patio :lol:

Yes could do, elecs with polyprop "shunts". Somebody once told me the polyprop should ideally be 20% the value of the elec. :?:
