I can certainly pick a few from each line, including the Grimethorpe Colliery band. So perhaps not quite as strange as you think.

Its definately going to Darren for a brush up and a new plinth then we shall see. Not sure whether to use the SME 3009 on it or try my Nottingham spacearm.

Col If Nick says one of his GL 75s is ok you can be pretty certain its better than that.

If you fancy a dabble I can always do the couriering.

Incidently Nick I picked up a really lovely looking 301 today barely a mark on it.

I just Adore Karin Polwart but Eleanor Mc just does not float my boat.

Did you get a reply to this question? I don`t know enough about the 301 to give an answer.

I however have to pick one up next week with a long drive back from Cambridgeshire, so any tips or hints on transportation would be welcomed.
