It's rated at 24V - how did you make it work with mains? Microcontroller and solid state relay manages the start up mute delay and main power on/off. Its simple enough if you wanted to use those switches. I'm intrigued but can't see how it works. Do you need to have a 24V supply on all the time? If...

Well, I didn't understand most of that but I can confirm I use Windows to talk to the QNAP
