Just a couple of thought, you are never going to be able to use much in the way of negative feedback in that amp (at least by comparison with a modern direct coupled circuit. Not a criticism.

Had another go at making Polish potato pierogies, this time with Twarog cheese. However despite more salt and spices (garam massala and half a Korean pot noodle spice sachet), the filling is still quite overwhelmed by the flavour of the pastry. Needs more work?
