Clifcon on the main one (PSU end) and high voltage 4mm plugs/sockets on the rest (different colours of course ! :wink: ).

The way I've done it is a bit "bodgeryish" but needs must. :lol:

Got me umbilicals done.

One for the HT & 6.3V and t'other for the 240V AC to feed the transformers for the 300b 5V feed(4.8V if poss) DC C - L - C + pot .

Just waiting for Postman Pat now. :wink:

just a thought though is it a choke working on both phases of the incominbg AC to cut out noise on the AC lines at the secondary of the TX ? could be completely wrong but trying to make a "guess" why its there cheers Pete As I said, common mode choke ! http://everything2.com/title/common+...

Thats cos it's made by Lenco ! Same as the GL75 cept it's got strobe markings. When I had my 75 & 99 I compared the platters in minute detail.

All the 88's/99's/75's are the same, the differences are purely cosmetic, except with a 75 you may have to alter the chassis to fit certain arms. I think it was Graeme who first did it, but if you "cut and shut" a GL75 or GL78 chassis you end up with a motor unit on the cheap. The one I d...
