Indeed Ray. I've never been one for excessive exercise, when I used to do pre65 motocross, I used 2 bikes in different classes, and after a days racing I was totally knackered, but I recovered in a couple of days. If I raced consecutive weekends the second one was less strenuous.
Cycling is just something I don't get on with, as a form of exercise, not so bad for social riding. Waking is more my thing.

I had a blood test the other day, and now the Doctor has made me an appointment to discuss about me verging on being diabetic.

I've just had delivered a 1Kg bag of Xylitol, so when I get back tonight I can start trying it. I've got a good supply of bog rolls.shane wrote: ↑Sun Feb 23, 2020 7:31 pm Have you tried Xylitol, or birch sugar as it's otherwise known? Tastewise, I couldn't distinguish it from normal white sugar in tea, coffee or on my morning porridge, although you need about 10% more to achieve the same sweetness. It doesn't get absorbed into the bloodstream, so passes straight through the gut. The only thing you have to watch is that it's toxic for dogs. Also a bit pricey.
Last couple of days I've had terrible (burping) wind, I've tried some probiotic drinks which seem to have helped.
If it's still a problem on Monday I'll ring the doctors.

The world looks so different after learning science. For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in their flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the Sun which was bound in to convert air into tree.

An interesting report on the possible effect of Sars-Cov-2
With a reference to the possible effect of Vit D on CV19

Yes, very interesting.
Will we ever know the true source of this Covid bug ?

1. Does it matter? Will we ever know the true source of this Covid bug
2. Is there any real reason to think anything other than an animal -> human jump?
3. Its not a bug, its a virus.

Re 2)
"Chinese scientists believe the deadly coronavirus may have started life in a research facility just 300 yards from the Wuhan fish market.
A new bombshell paper from the Beijing-sponsored South China University of Technology says that the Wuhan Center for Disease Control (WHCDC) could have spawned the contagion in Hubei province.
'The possible origins of 2019-nCoV coronavirus,' penned by scholars Botao Xiao and Lei Xiao claims the WHCDC kept disease-ridden animals in laboratories, including 605 bats.
It also mentions that bats - which are linked to coronavirus - once attacked a researcher and 'blood of bat was on his skin.'"
Of course, the above may be mere coincidence.

Well, if your post is correct than it agrees with me, The source was Animal -> Human transfer, it may have taken place in a wet market and into the wild, of via the lab, its still the same origin.disease-ridden animals
Generally the blood comes from that which is attacked, not the attacker. Not that AFAIK there is any sign of blood born contagion with Sars-Col-2once attacked a researcher and 'blood of bat was on his skin.
Article on your theory from May, doesn’t seem to have gained much traction.

Yes, I think it does matter.
There, I've said it now.
It won't change what has happened, and I still don't thing we will ever get the truth.
