Interesting question.

Not a motorcycle, or a motor tricycle, or a 3 wheeler.

Car ?

Probably would make it "car". Four wheels = car. I remember reading somewhere a while back, Brough Superior developed a sidecar outfit and hit on the idea of having doubled up rear wheels on the bike, to double the tyre contact area. When it came to the legalities, were told nope that would make it car taxation class, therefore development stopped, no point. You have to bear in mind at the time lot of people were opting for sidecar outfits because motorcycle tax was cheaper. If it was going to be the same as for a car, what's the point.

Some "bubble cars" had twin rear wheels, but fairly close together, and still classed as 3 wheelers.

There must be a legal definition somewhere ?

Apparently not. E.g. BMW Isetta had to be converted to 3 wheels for the UK.

Maybe not, that would be limited it seems to 450kg and 15 kW power, I would guess it would exceed that power output (about 20Hp), so I think Phil's Motorcycle (with or without sidecar) (TC17) may be the one.

Dave (DTB), don't know if you've tackled the broken bolt on the Continental yet, but I've found my 6mm carbide tipped hardplate drill.

In the post if you want.

PS it's 90mm long.

Or, if you need a different size.

Ta for the offer Phil but I've managed to get through the stud with my limited range of new 3, 4, and 6mm TCT drill bits. Not perfectly centred so I'm pondering how to muck up next :)

Mike, love the captions at the beginning of the video
Dave, abit of heat with a blow lamp on the boss its stuck in should mean it comes out OK even if the hole is not bang on centred

Other way I've used is to cut a slot in the broken stud and use a manual impact driver to crack it off. Maybe not on the frame though thinking on, runs the risk of bending things
