#1 unnecessary expletives

Post by ed »

I feel a bit uncomfortable or frustrated or something..

but I fear I can no longer view the forum in the comfort of the kitchen in case my seven year old asks me the meaning of the phono thread title....

he's always checking on my internet use and like all seven year olds full of difficult questions.....

expletives is one bridge too far at the moment.

Has it really become that toxic? Use private mode for the site if it's an issue, when you close the tab all the history is deleted....

I think it refers to Alan's post at the top of the last page of the bake off thread.
The world looks so different after learning science. For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in their flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the Sun which was bound in to convert air into tree.

I think its more likely that Ed was just trying to distract us.

Could be. I think we need it.
