Simon,

You have PM.
My email service has been down all morning and they say they are working on it to restore the service but when is anyone's guess.
So postage quotes attached to PM. Let me know which you want to go with and I'll arrange for Monday pick up.

Regards
Colin

Just bought a pair of really cheap Mordaunt Short M10s for use as bookshelf speakers for internet radio. 50 quid.

Lot of speaker for the money. Not much bass, but a pair of reasonable speakers for less than the cost of a single driver isn't bad. Build quality good too...

Just been down to Brighton for a funeral and then a short visit to South London. Spent a lot of time on the motorways, thankfully more or less OK.
Nice to see they named some motorway services in honour of Billy Cobham.

Never had a flip-front before so should be interesting. Especially like the internal sun visor, as I frequently have had difficulty with low sun using my current/old helmet, especially in spring / autumn / winter time. It came with a tinted visor but not safe to use all the time, so it nearly always had a clear visor fitted.

M&P Motorcycle Spares and Accessories

Pretty sure it's them I've bought things from over years, mostly used to be bike covers.

I bought a Crivit full face flip up helmet from Lidl last year. Cost me £39.95 and has all the same features as the Nolan's. Granted a cheaper more fiddly strap arrangement but comes fully certified for road use (not race spec - the Nolen also not certified for racing due the flip up front) and 3-year warrantee. I have this as a spare and use on the odd hot day in summer as my normal every day helmet is an ARAI. Worth keeping a check on the store offers as they usually have bike gear for sale early spring. http://www.lidl-service.com/static/1448 ... 423_EN.pdf

If there is a Lidl near me I've no idea where it is. Google maps keeps putting it in the middle of a field right next to Tesco superstore and B&Q!

Anyway I was originally thinking about getting a Nexx 2, so I still think I'm quids in. :thumbleft:

Always had shoei lids until I went in cusworths in Doncaster years ago and got a shark lid. Salesman said
" if its good enough for foggy then its certainly good enough for you"
Could never get an arai that fit right, the shark fit lovely and had a little part that came up to the nose to stop the visor misting up when it was cold which actually worked.
Best mate wont have anything other than an arai to this day

I always think of 'Sham69' whenever I see the word Arai.
