A picture of the Alpair 12P on the baffles. The driver is no longer central, although I may have overdone the offset a tad. :)

And the crossover parts, yet to be fitted.

Finally the crossovers are fitted, took longer than I expected, but no worry.

I've hard wired the 2R resistor, but it's easy to change if needed.

I'm really pleased with how they sound now. :D

Well done, Philip. Enjoy!

By the way, I have here a very politically incorrect Enid Blyton 'Noddy' story LP. You'd love it. Maybe I could copy it for you sometime.

That would be nice Greg. Thanks. :)

More listening this morning.

I've shorted the 2R resistor with a clip lead, the balance has changed with the new components. Probably the inductor resistance is higher as Colin T and Scott warned me about.

Still, it seems about right now. :D

I will be saving up for a better quality and air cored inductor.

I'm still happy with the balance with the 2R resistor shorted with a clip lead, so I must remove the resistor and put a permanent shorting link in. :)
