fortunately I have a small stash of semisouth jfets cos they now look like being unobtanium. Farnell had 700 of the audio version in stock about 2 weeks ago, and now they have zero...seems the same for all of the power jfets.
I'm quite keen to build this as the F4 has been my 'goto' amp for some time now. It takes on a completely different persona depending on the speakers attached....very changeable depending on the damping of the speakers.

It seems the official write up for this one has been released in a slightly different fashion. It has been said that this might be to entice more folk to read 6 moons.....If that's the case then IMO it's not a bad strategy cos 6 moons is always a worthwhile read.......
