Having a quiet moment, I thought I'd explore some of the bits and pieces I've downloaded over the years but not got round to listening to, and came across this. I don't know much about Jan Garbarek other than the fact that he plays a small saxophone and did some curious stuff with the Hilliard ensemble, so I put this on and out pops an earworm, lodging itself firmly in the back of my head for the morning. Sounds like it should be the theme tune to an 80s BBC drama series with shoulder pads, big hair and fast cars. Listen at your peril.

The world looks so different after learning science. For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in their flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the Sun which was bound in to convert air into tree.
